A per room per night hotel resort fee of $15.00 plus 13% taxes will be applied to each guest room upon check-in for guest services and amenities throughout the stay, including In-room Espresso, (2) Bottles of water per stay, High-Speed Wireless Internet in-room and throughout public areas (excludes meeting venues), unlimited toll-free and local calls and newspaper/digital media access. Use of The Spa lap pool, Resort Fitness Center, group exercise classes, golf clinic by Rick Smith Golf Performance Center and golf Practice Facility, complimentary and exclusive South Beach access with 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella per guestroom are also included (reservations 24 hours in advance required). Guestroom cancellation policy is 5 days prior to 4:00pm local time day of arrival for travel. Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be assessed a charge of one night plus applicable taxes. In the event a guest who has reserved a room within the block checks-out prior to reserved departure date, an early departure fee equivalent to one night’s room and tax, will be charged to the method of payment on file.
Guest check-in time is after 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. The Hotel will attempt to accommodate early check-in requests prior to 4:00pm, however cannot guarantee rooms will be available.
Self and valet parking are available and include in and out privileges. Additional fees apply.
